Ben Leber is a retired 10yr NFL Linebacker whom played for the San Diego Chargers (’02-’05), Minnesota Vikings (’06-’10), and St. Louis Rams (2011). He currently works in the Minneapolis/St. Paul media market as a radio and television personality. For radio, he works exclusively for the #1 Sports Radio in the Nation- FM 100.3 KFAN. He appears on multiple radio shows every week and he is the radio sideline reporter for all the Minnesota Vikings football games. For television, he appears on all the major stations as an NFL and Vikings analyst. He also appears on the Vikings Entertainment Network as a team analyst.

Kyle Etter is an accomplished technology executive with over 30 years’ experience with 28 of those years at CIT. Kyle is currently serving as President and CEO of CIT, a comprehensive IT solutions provider in Woodbury, MN. Kyle leads a team of over 120+ employees focusing on aligning and delivering the right technology solutions and products to our customers. Kyle previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer and was the catalyst for the growth and development of our services portfolio currently in operation today. Over the course of the past 30 years Kyle has obtained over a dozen industry technical certifications covering a wide range of past and current vendors engineering certifications. Kyle has managed and designed technology solutions for 100s of companies over his tenure covering, infrastructure, deployment, cloud adoption, business automation, security, and application development. Through his visionary approach to management, he brings cohesiveness to the organization and inspires innovation to move past the status quo with regard to how CIT services its customers, business partners, and employees under our Core Values framework.

Todd Sorg has been an IT and Security Executive with over 20 years of financial, strategic and operational leadership as Director of IT for a Manufacturing organization in the Twin Cities, CTO of a Charter School Management company and vCIO for 10 charter schools.  Todd has lead all aspects of the IT departments including Business Alignment, Budgeting, Networking, Business Analysis, Project Management, Application development as well as Vendor Management, Staff development and mentoring and all departmental HR responsibilities.  Experienced in delivering custom applications to recognize corporate initiatives and goals ranging from ERP/CRM selection and implementation. Along with developing and deploying an Agile application development environment to improve software development processes and efficiencies.  Todd is also the head of CIT’s Cybersecurity team and serves as a senior technology specialist consultant.

Scott is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years in a trusted advisor role for small, medium and enterprise businesses. Having owned a Microsoft Partner business, he understands the perspective of people that are constantly challenged with finding technology solutions that add value to their organizations while maintaining budget and resource considerations.

He successfully helps people navigate technology solutions with diverse knowledge of cloud and traditional infrastructure technologies.

Scale Computing Systems Engineer

Alex Nicholson is an award winning Senior Systems Engineer with Scale Computing, who has spent the last 4 years designing data center infrastructure. Prior to that, he was a Senior Tier 2 Support Engineer on Scale’s tech support team, and an advisor for Apple before that. In addition to serving as a technical point of contact for the sales team, he also manages the SE Team’s lab and public facing and VDI lab.
